Our History
We were founded by Duane Rister in 1991. Duane had an interest in auto repair at the young age of 12 and worked out of his parents’ garage. After high school, Duane went on to be the top of his class at Ranken Technical College and earned a degree in Automotive Technology.
Duane and his wife, Candy now own and operate Rister’s Automotive & Transmission Repair with authentic customer service, highest quality work, and attention to detail at an affordable cost.
